Hello Everybody!

  • I'm obviously new to this forum so I guess I'd better introduce myself. My name is Jodie and I'm 29. I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I've been able to lose weight the wrong way but obviously it didn't have any staying power. I gained 60 lbs with my first pregnancy and it never went away. I had lost about 30 lbs before my second pregnancy and just when I was on a roll I had to stop because I found out about the baby. 3 pregnancies in 2 years has caused me to start and stop my weight loss journey which has made it very difficult to stay focused and determined. Now that I'm done having kids it's my time but I'm having trouble finding time for me. My husband travels for work so he's only home 4-5 days a month so it's me solo with all the kids. My biggest struggle is finding the time to meal plan and exercise. So here I am looking for support, encouragement and even a kick in the a@@ if I need it
