Well, my mom's heritage includes Irish and German ancestors.
My dad's heritage is German and Native American (Chickasaw).

My fiance's dad's heritage is English and Scottish and his mother is actually Austrailian -

I don't remember the specifics (like exactly how much) but I am mostly Irish and German, and a lil bit Polish, Dutch, and Pennsylvania Dutch (I think I'm remembering everything lol)

My boyfriend is half Dutch, half hillbilly (haha, his mom isn't sure about her background) but I may look into it eventually when marriage/baby time comes, because I think it's interesting to know.

On the census I put, Germano Celtic American. boobalah put Franco Germanic American. We'll see if they question it.
