The On Plan Thread 5/11-5/16

  • I couldn't find a new thread for this, so I hope it's OK if I just go ahead and start one. I need to keep posting my plan daily!

    B-steel cut oats, strawberries, NF milk
    S-greek yogurt
    L-4 oz pork chop, mixed greens, Thousand Island dressing
    S-red pear, jarlsberg cheese, 4 triscuits
    D-green beans, olive oil
  • Phase II

    B: Oatmeal with almond butter, V8
    S: RF cheese stick, Tall skinny hazelnut latte
    L: Deviled eggs, carrots, hummus
    D: Grilled chicken breast, roasted grape tomatoes & asparagus, SB friendly cole slaw
    S: Almond butter
  • Need to get back to planning!

    Phase 1.5

    B: beans, broccoli slaw, egg
    S: greek yogurt & blueberries
    L: beans & veggie sausage with lots of veggies
    S: hummus & veggies
    D: asparagus and chicken seitan stirfry, salad

    exercise: 30m walk, 30m step aerobics, 10m arms w/5lb weights

    B-1 1/2 scrambled eggs, red pear
    L-tuna salad, romaine lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette, dill pickle
    S-jarlsberg cheese, strawberries
    D-roast chicken breast, caesar salad, smashed cauliflower
    S-peanut butter cup

  • Breakfast- 2eggs
    lunch- green beans, tomatoes, and 1 oz lean beef
    snack- 8 oz skim milk
    supper- taco salad ( 2 oz lean beef and 1/2 cup ff refried beans and salsa and lettuce with lite cheese)

    snack- sugar free jello pudding cup

  • Wow, I dropped about 4 pounds of water weight in one day and I am so thrilled to be out of the 170's , I just hope they are gone for good

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and 1 piece of turkey sausage and 4 oz organic skim milk

    lunch- 3 oz turkey breast, and green beans ad peas

    supper- (taco stuff from last night)

    snacks today will be

    1 sf pudding cup
    another glass of skim milk
    1 pickle
    and a ff sf yogurt
  • Eating on the road, Phase 2

    B: Greek yogurt, blueberries & strawberries, Ezekiel flax cereal
    S: nf latte
    L: leftover bean burger, salad
    S (more like a mini-meal): 100 calorie nuts, popcorn with "hippie dust"
    D: bean & veggie chorizo stew with lots of spinach, 1/2 flatout quesadilla
    S: sf fudgesicle

    Exercise - almost 5 hours of walking & birding
