Mel-The headaches, dizzyness and etc are things I've experienced in the past, I then passed out at work. According to the EMTs my blood pressure dropped and the rest of me soon followed. PLEASE take care of yourself!!
I under stand how scary the thought of cutting back on exercise and adding calories is, strange as it is. For me, when I get like that it's laser like focus that nothing can break, almost OCD like. I'll get there or die trying kinda thing. I learned that over my crash and burn recently. Now, I work out 30min weekdays, 60-90weekends with increased cals on weekends. Stressing out about it is not helping either.
I freak out about adding more cals, because I seem to have developed a fear of food, strange for someone who was once 260lbs.
But I talked myself into healthy natural foods are okay. What about adding almonds 160cals approx for 1oz, or a Luna bar(70% organic, tastes de-lish especially the S'mores, Lemon Zest and Blueberry Bliss, 180/bar. Luna also makes mini's 80 cals each.) What about a protein shake. I use Jillian's brand, 100cal/scoop 15from fat,3g sugar and 15g protein. All natural whey. No crap, not overloaded with sugar.
Adding more cals may get you moving again.
