Anyone Fiber Counting?

  • On Wednesday, April 28th, started tracking fiber, which keeps my hunger at bay and loving it...especially when the scale is being good to me. I am eating 40 grams of fiber feeling great!! I am down 30 Lbs so far and have a long way to go!

    Just wandering if anyone tracking thier fiber intake and losing?

    I maintain anywhere from 40 - 50 grams per day. It sure makes my calories go further!

  • I definitely track my fiber! I get at least 30 or so grams a day, but usually more (especially on days when I have Fiber One for breakfast). Without it I feel icky, and it does keep me full!
