Is your challenge that you are you going to walk 3 miles every day? Or for a specific length of time every day? That's an outstanding challenge! One question though...what if it rains...do you have a contingency plan for exercise on days when the weather is too yucky for walking...or will you still walk?

I did 1/2 hour of strength training, with extra ab work, followed by 1/2 hour of Zumba and a little recumbent stepper after that. I'm still thrilled about my weight loss this week and also that I'm wearing jeans in a size that I haven't been able to wear for at least a few years!
