Thursday Sept 5th

  • Since I will be going to work early and won't post until later, I am starting the Thursday post wayyy early!

    Wednesday the 4th I did well with eating and water. No exercise, but will shoot for all 3 on Thursday.

    B Chocolate smoothie

    L turkey and ham rollups with swiss, gouda and cream cheese

    S small handful of nuts

    D whole wheat spaghetti

    S the skin off some sugar free pudding. yum!

    Drank less coffee today. Trying to cut back. I think I am getting too many calories in the cream. I didn't realize how much I was drinking it until I realized how much I was buying pints of the stuff!

    L grilled chicken and cheese, sauteed veggies
    chips and salsa......I know!

    D Roasted chicken, lima beans (low gi anyway) and squash.

    S a SF Eskimo Bar.

    Great except for the chips! No fears of cheating like that again...I am all outta money until payday!
