I'm really glad to have found this forum. I love the support and feel this is exactly what I need.

My name is Kristy and I'm 37 years old, I've been married for 8 years and we have 2 beautiful daughters who are 7 and 3. I have about 80 pounds to get rid of and am looking towards calorie cycling and working out on my treadmill.

I am leaving on a girl trip to Vegas with my mom, sister, aunt and grandma the first week of May, and I want to lose as much weight as I can before we leave. I just started my 3FC blog and am ready to jump in head first!

I'm still looking around and learning more about the website and am looking forward to meeting some great friends.

Good luck with your goals. I'm new to the site too, I just got back from Vegas, had to go for a conference. It was an interesting place, more fun would have been nice. Have a great time!
