I have a number like that and it's pretty much where I am right now. My body simply has never gone below it and I give in to it every time. But this time I will get past it and you already have! The fact that you are two pounds below it proves that you WILL get past it.
I believe in set-points, even though apparently science tells us they don't exist. My old set number was 200 and I got stuck there this time too. But now I'm past it and I know I will continue to lose.
Here's to getting past old set numbers!
