I started this journey last Sunday at 214 lbs. and a 51" waist. Through the week I stopped drinking soda and changed my diet to be more healthy and cut out junk food. I watched my portions and worked out for an hour a day m-f. The hard work has paid off...
I am now at 205 and a 47" waist. It is an amazing feeling. I am still a long way from my goal of 150 lbs but I feel like I can accomplish it and I am feeling great.
