Hi ladies...
I am wondering what you believe/feel is maintaining?
I have been mostly on the Chicks in Control section of this sight as I have had issues with binge eating in the past. (not too distant either!) I seem to have turned a corner on that issue and just today realised that my weight, for the first time in my life, has basically been constant for the last 8 months or so after having lost 140lbs.
My personal trainer would like to see another 23ish lbs gone (to hit those 'perfect' BMI and BF% targets).
I am super happy where I am and if my body decides to loose more, fine...if not, who friggin' cares right? i've lost 140lbs...
Do you mind if I join in and live maintanence with you all? It would be the first time in my life I could say my weight is 'constant' and that would be HUGE for me!! (and my self esteem and mental health and and and...)
