lost lbs

  • so i started working out seriously last week and counting calories, and my scale informed me this morning that i lost 4 pounds!!!!!! doesn't seem like much but i was super excited and extra pumped when i went to the gym this afternoon.
  • 4 lbs. in one week is actually a whole lot! Way to go!!!! For me, counting calories and working out daily have been a formula for success too! Great work!
