I found this forum a week ago. Thanks for the motivation even though I've been lurking the whole time. I bought a BodyBugg about 6 weeks ago and finally pulled it out of the box last Sunday. I hooked it all up and followed what it said. Thanks to lowering my calorie intake and moving more I lost weight. Yipee! Today I'm starting South Beach. I have Diabetes, PCOS, I'm over 40 and over 300 pounds. Man, I can be in like 5 different forums!
