  • I've been struggling with injuries again, and motivation due to injuries and then just lack of motivation from having no motivation. I think i got my groove back yesterday and I want to keep it darn it all. Hopefully, I'll be back up and running with you ladies soon.

    So I have given up on my goal for this month. It seemed totally obtainable in the begging...I have 15 miles ran in the first week, but then my daughter got sick, then finals.....and now with work, I have just not had the time to dedicate to the gym. Next month perhaps!
