I love Nori but I only use it in Miso. I'm sure there are many uses for it...any ideas?

I'm wheat/gluten intolerant so I use it as a wrap. One of my fav. wraps is brown sticky rice, adzuki beans, avocado and spinach.
Snacks, wraps, rolls, in salads, soups, stir fries, rice dishes, noodle dishes...endless possibilities!

Thanks. I'm trying to be more creative with foods but for some reason that one stumped me.
If you love nori you also may want to try other sea vegetables, if you don't already. I recently started using dulse and find it really versatile as not only a sea vegetable but if you buy it flaked it adds a ton of flavor (salty but not the same whoa, salt of table salt) to lots of dishes. I also like to use hijiki in soups. Like baby spinach in soups, only kinda better.
