Nori Question

  • I love Nori but I only use it in Miso. I'm sure there are many uses for it...any ideas?
  • I'm wheat/gluten intolerant so I use it as a wrap. One of my fav. wraps is brown sticky rice, adzuki beans, avocado and spinach.
  • Snacks, wraps, rolls, in salads, soups, stir fries, rice dishes, noodle dishes...endless possibilities!
  • Thanks. I'm trying to be more creative with foods but for some reason that one stumped me.
  • If you love nori you also may want to try other sea vegetables, if you don't already. I recently started using dulse and find it really versatile as not only a sea vegetable but if you buy it flaked it adds a ton of flavor (salty but not the same whoa, salt of table salt) to lots of dishes. I also like to use hijiki in soups. Like baby spinach in soups, only kinda better.
