Since I'm working on going down in size I focus on inches lost rather than pounds lost. I don't really weigh myself on a schedule. I weighed myself at the gym a couple of weeks ago because no one was around and weighed less that I thought I weighed.
Yesterday no one was around so I jumped on the scale to see if there was at least 5lbs lost and 8 would be good. How bout I had lost 15 pounds. 15 whole pounds, I wanted to scream but I contained myself. I was so excited, I went home, cooked dinner, ate and got up and cleaned the kitchen.
It's working!! It's working.
