Why is it so hard to hang around 3FC when you're down?

  • I think it's partially avoidance and partially embarrassment. I've been away from 3FC for 3 weeks now. I didn't want to come here and admit to others that I wasn't eating right or exercising, because it would have made me accountable. I know that when I'm NOT on the wagon, that's when I need to be here the most, because it minimizes the damage... but it's a very classic "if I don't admit I'm off the wagon, maybe I'm not REALLY off the wagon" thought.
