Yea I listened to her radio show too, J. is very pro-caffeine&aspirin stack. and she actually gives coffee and a Bayer aspirin to the contestants as a fat burner and energy booster.

trena, i think you can get the info on the net.

You have to workout to use the caffeine & aspirin stack.. if you don't your not gonna burn anything. But it allows you to do more reps and run longer, it also mobilize fat stores.

i used to love her. i think she makes one he** of a trainer. but, i was really disappointed when her supplements didn't work for me. i didn't really think they would though.

i'm always a bit leary of those kind of supplements.
