Has anyone tried accupuncture for weight loss? I am not familiar with accupuncture but I'm trying to find out more about it. How does it work and what are the benefits?

I'm not familiar with it either, but am doubtful of its effectiveness for weight loss. Weight loss is an energy equation: expend more energy than you consume. I'm not sure how accupuncture could affect either of those.

I have not had it , either but I doubt that it would have a bearing on weight loss.

I'm kind of thinking that if acupuncher (and hypnosis) worked for weight loss 3/4 of the USA would be walking around like Zombies with 100's of little needles hanging out of them.

I know people who have tried both, and neither of them benefited whatsoever. They did however, spend a small fortune.
