  • Progresso soup .. it is SOOO good .. lol i have it pretty much every day for lunch (its like my new addiction if i run out i get angry at myself if i don't to get to the store for more before lunch the next day .. lol) the lite vegetable w/ meatballs is my favorite .. i spice it up w/ a lil hot sauce and some cheese and the whole can is only 160 calories (plus whatever ur shredded chesse calorie would be) and its pretty filling but low enough in calories that you could throw in a sandwich with it .. yum yum!!
  • Strawberries - I eat some almost every day. They feel like healthy "candy."
  • I love me some progresso soup and a grilled cheese. My grilled cheese is done on my little sandwich griller and so only a tiny spray of cooking spray is needed and not all that butter that I used to use. It's also made with 2% cheese and whole grain bread, of course!
  • Oh and haleysmommy, I forgot to say, you should try a tiny bit of fresh onion and/or bell pepper chopped very fine and tossed into the vegetable meatball one, mmmmmmmmmmmm!
  • Asparagus... I think I eat it at least 3 times a week. Some weeks almost daily.
  • fatgirlygrl ill have to give that a try .. i love onion and i put it on about anything it would seem good on or in .. lol i never thought about putting it in the soup .. but mmm more flavor i can only imagine .. thanks
  • cabbage, beans, and oatmeal are consumed by me on a daily basis. It's the trinity base of my daily diet for over 4 years.
  • low fat mozzarella cheese is my daily crack habit. I eat that with a small apple and I am good for another couple of hours. Never would have believed it possible before WW. All for 2 pts!
  • Pickles! Not only are they super yum, taking care of both salt and crunch cravings, but they have pretty much 0 calories. Yeah, sodium is a problem, but my doctor said that some people aren't affected by excess salt in the ways of others (like raising blood pressure and causing water weight). I'm one of the minority that doesn't have those things raise. So, woo hoo!

    When I get a jar of pickles, it lasts about a day.
  • I think the salt in it would cause me problems. Do they have a low sodium version?
  • greek yogurt with oats and berries! Yummy!
  • Two things:

    - apple with 1 oz cheese - I love this and delight in it on a regular basis;

    - and my yummy fiber yogurt (1c lf vanilla yogurt, 1/3 to 1/2 c Kashi golean crunch, 1/2c frozen or fresh berries, and a bit of flax seed). I use this very regularly, sometimes as a b'fast and sometimes for dinner if family is eating stuff I won't eat, or if we're all tired. My kids like it too.
  • Just Becky - I agree most of the store bought soups are horrible with sodium. There is some that say reduced sodium (not sure if it is Progresso though) but even the reduced sodium is high for what I normally consume.

    Oh yum. Me too. I have at least one apple pretty much every day.
  • "Blasted" broccoli - roasted with a little olive oil
    Strawberries, fresh from the farmer's market in June
    Greek yogurt and honey
