Sonoma/Mediterranean Weekly Thread Feb 1-7, 2010

  • No new thread without me? Nice to know I'm needed. The 40-somethings forum has been really busy and when I finish posting up there, I have no more energy.

    I made a new recipe tonight from the Sonoma Cookbook and it was fantastic! The Turkey and Soba Noodle Stirfry. It makes my favorites list. And it is quick and easy. Just a little bit of chopping.

    B: bacon and eggs with a slice of whole grain toast, sugar free latte
    L: 2 slices home made mushroom and onion pizza
    D: turkey and soba noodle stirfry with a glass of white zinfindel
  • I came over yesterday morning and tought maybe I was too learly so I didnt post a new one.
    Lots of drinking last weekend which is not sonoma approved but at this point I am just following the mian guidelines but Im not actually dieting. Im still loosing weight tho just not as fast as I would of if I was actually doing it.
    Goal this week is to get to 215 by next monday.

    B: Granola bar and a banana
    L: Left overs cauliflower and chicken
    D: Lime pork with veggies and rice

    Excercise: 30 mins of cardio, 15 mins of weight.
