Hi all!
I don't get to post alot. I don't have a computer at home. Last week, we had snow and ice, so I was at home all weekend.
I weighed in last Thursday and lost 2#!

I agree with what the other's said. Losing at a steady rate of a smaller amount is healthier and I think instills in us new eating habits that will last. Don't give up because you're not losing like on TV.

I've upped my walking to 35minutes 4 times a week. I want to get to 45 minutes 4 times a week as my goal. When it gets warm, I'll starting going outside and walking. That always helps me.
