  • Spicy Pasta Soup

    1 (15oz) can Green Giant Spicy Chili Beans, undrained
    1 (14 1/2 oz) can ready to serve chicken broth
    1 (14 1/2 oz) can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up (I used diced tomatoes so I didn't have to cut them up)
    1 (1 lb pkg) Green Giant Pasta Accents Garlic Seasoning Frozen Vegetables with Pasta (any bag of frozen veggies with pasta and garlic sauce will do)
    1 tsp chili powder

    In a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; mixed well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender, stirring occasionally.

    This sounds wonderful....I've done something similiar, but plain kidney beans and regular veggies...but love the idea of the Pasta veggies mix...wow....got to try it...thanks for sharing!
