Lo Carb Goal challenge 8/19

    I have got to do something to make myself accountable. Challenge myself and help myself get focused!

    This week.
    Eat OP
    drink my water 120oz
    Work out 3 in some form at least 3 times between today and Friday>

    Anyone else up to set a goal (any goal) and chrat their daily progress?

    total OP for the whole week!!!! exercise every day water every day and OP food wise all day every day!!!

    3 for 3 so far today!!!

    starting weight (water included form the carb/salt load this last week) 183
  • Well I can say that I had success yesterday!!
    I walked 30mins during my lunch our!
    Breakfast- 1 whole wheat english muffun
    lunch 2 hamberg patties
    dinner peas and roast beef
    snack sugar free jello and lite cool whip
    all my water!!!!!

    Breakfast 2 eggs w/ cheese and bits of ham
    lunch tomato ham sandwich
    1 peach
    dinner 1 youigurt
    and and UGH.......
    well......... an ice cream cone

  • i did not post all my food and stuff but for wed

    3 hard eggs
    2 cans of tuna with M/W and 1 bottle of diet pepsi
    dinner 4 chicken thighs
    snack hand full of pistashios

    icecream cone pat???was it high fiber wafer?? NO???

    I love those new little "faces"
    I'll not talk about wednesday.

    You by the way are doing awesome!!! WIth the new job and getting back on your way to finacial success!
  • Well Thursday saw some improvement
    Still didn't move the old body though!
    Breakfast sf yougert, peach and kashi cereal
    l grillled chicken salad
    d toasted ham, cheese on a whole wheat english muff
    s- sf jello and coolwhip
    watert 100oz

    Lets review the week.
    Didn't do 100%
    However did w/o once
    focused on what I was eating.
    Problems are:
    Planning my menus
    not wanting to get up in the morning.
    Negative self talk.
    We'll see what next week brings!
