Hey Everyone! My ideal goal weight was 150lbs. I'm 21years old and 5'7 inches. Well, I got some tests done and assessments made.... and according to them I'm actually 145lbs lean tissue
which apparently women of the same height are usually only 110-120lbs of lean tissue...anyway. My new goal is now 170. According to some charts my ideal weight was like around 130 and less...which is bahhhhhhh scary.
Also, we made the plan that over the year my goal is to put on 7lbs of muscle. yayyy I feel so good I got a set plan towards my goal.
