well to be honest I am not pleased at all with this weeks weigh in. I am about to start my period so I didn't expect to lose a lot or even maybe gain a tiny bit, but I gained 1.5 lbs. I was so good this week and did stepping on the wii 4 times this week for 30 mins each. I was feeling like I'd lost weight. So I'm totally bummed this morning. I know I need to just keep doing what I'm doing and it will eventually come off, but it really makes me want to go get a big mac!!!

Updated to add my NSV I measured myself today. Even though in the last month my weight hasn't changed, well down, then back up. I have lost 1 1/2 over different parts of my body. So that is encouraging even though the scale hasn't budged, although with AF here now I'm hoping for a nice loss next monday. I'll keep you posted!
