Breakfast Sandwich... Mmmmmm!

  • Ingredients:

    1 Sandwich Thins Multi Grain by Arnold Select (100 calories)
    1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge - Original Swiss (50 calories)
    1-2 Servings Scrambled Egg Whites/Egg beaters (100 calories)
    *Optionally add Turkey Bacon, Turkey Sausage, Sliced Turkey, Vegetables... (Additional calories apply)

    Directions:

    Start by scrambling the eggs until done. Toast the sandwich thins to satisfaction. Spread the laughing cow cheese on both s!ides of the bread (there's plenty of cheese in one wedge for both sides), add egg and optional meat & veggies to create a wonderful breakfast sandwhich under 300 calories!

    Takes less than 15 minutes for preperations AND cleanup!

    Also, these are great for pre-making. I make about four at a time and put them in the fridge. Just pop them in the microwave until warm and enjoy! I've never frozen one before, but I would imagine they would work well.

    Also; to make a "full" breakfast, i'll have my sandwhich with 8oz water, 6oz of a low-sugar, low-fat juice, and a serving of fruit. VERY filling and can usaully be kept under 450 calories (including a type of meat for the sandwich). I do this when I'm eating breakfast later in the day and I know my lunch will be later and my dinner will be later. There usually isn't a lot of snacking for me in between meals so this is great for ensuring I get the right amount of calories each day in a healthy way. Enjoy!
