Thanks for helping my thread grow everyone
I was bad today, ate a piece of pie I probably should have stayed away from. But one bad day won't kill me. I bought some healthy food today...hummus, wheat bread, nuts, fruit, good cereal, all that good stuff. I don't know how long I'm going to stick to this thing, I honestly don't. But thinking I'll take one day at a time makes it a whole lot easier to think about
