  • I always, always eat bakery bread from a bakery, not a grocery store. In my area some bigger bakeries have a selection of their breads in the grocery store so I'll buy that when I'm in a hurry. But in my experience, you're always better off getting it straight from them. They're also happy to provide the ingredient list in most cases.
  • I don't eat much bread. Gives me colic, especially whole grain bread.
  • My absolute favorite is Angelic Bakehouse sprouted 7 grain bread. It's not cheap ($5/loaf at my local healthy food store) but so, so good. It's softer than Ezekiel (I think) and tastes great both toasted and untoasted.
  • I used to eat wheat breads.........
  • I use orowheat. I also buy vasa type sponge bread very often:-)
  • flaxseed bread
    I eat flaxseed bread. ,It has a lot of carbohydrates., Each 100 gm of flaxseed bread has 29 g carbohydrate ( 1,5 sugar plus 27,5 Dietary fiber ( not absorbed ) ) Fat ( OMEGA 3 23 g OMEGA 6 6 g ) Protein 18 g Vitamins B C Mineral ca. iron, Mg phosphorus k zinc. it is easy to prepare,, I will put in site video explaining the method of prepare flaxseeds bread
  • Some times i eat whole bread because it has little Carbohydrate than white flour bread.
  • I use vegetables in lunch meal instead of bread
  • I use Mushroom instead bread in dinner meal,
  • I use carrot instead bread at breakfast meal, ,you can also use broiled carrot, it is very delicious,
