I have been reading this site for years, but after regaining much of the weight I lost in two past attempts at South Beach, have decided to start posting in an attempt to be more accountable. My failure at keeping weight off has been my own - but my success at losing it in the first place is in part thanks to all of you. Some of my favorite recipes come from this site!

I am also trying a blog to see if that helps keep me motivated.

I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but need to get off what I regained and keep it off this time. I felt so much better when I was eating OP.

There was a problem with the use of the word print in Waisting's initial post. Suzanne changed the title and this post now is correct. However, please welcome her in the thread started by me.
"IB installed something called vB SEO that makes SEO friendly URLs, and apparently the word print at the end caused the glitch that pulled up the print version. I renamed the thread to remove 'print' and now it works." from Suzanne 3FC
