Weekly Weigh-In Thread: December 28 - January 3

  • All right. How did you do over the Christmas week? It's time to fess up - gain or loss!

    For the newbies: If you have a weekly weigh-in day, feel free to come here and tell us all how you did! Everyone is welcome and there is no judgment if it wasn't the best week you ever had. The bottom line is accountability.
  • I'm down 1.4 pounds this week! Considering what I ate at Christmas dinner and going out for sushi twice and having my birthday yesterday, I'm pretty happy...
  • I'm down two pounds this week despite the Christmas excesses and my gym being shut - so feeling pretty good about things!
  • Way to go fellow losers! Nice job!

    I shouldn't weigh in until Thursday to make it a week, but I've lost a pound mid-week. I'm really pleased because last week I lost 8 lbs and I was really afraid the scale would laugh at me today. But I've lost another pound, so I'm stoked!

    I'm also learning that under-eating is just as off plan as over-eating. So I'm trying really hard to make sure I eat 1200 calories at least. I have a hard time when I'm not working. I tend to under-eat. I know, I know...poor me. But I'm really worried about it stalling my progress eventually.
  • I'm down 2 lbs this week! Only 1 more lb to pre-preg weight and 2 more to my first goal.
  • December has just been a rough month for me - an extended vacation with lots of eating out and then the calorically dense food for Christmas (and leftovers)! Yikes!

    This week I am pleased to ONLY be up one pound, to 213.0. My salt bloat made it look much worse, so this isn't that bad. I have been back on track since yesterday and am feeling much better
