    WEED is great today. Tommy has an ear infection in both ears. Now I have antibiotics for him. > I am so glad the doctors office was open today.

    I did ok yesterday, stuck with plan, begged off when DH wanted to go out to eat. Just seems to be the kiss of death for my efforts everytime we do that and I so wanted to be back under 160 today and I am. I have to admit that I am furious with myself that I even HAD to get out of the 160's before, I had fought so hard last year to get out of the 150's and now I have to do it again!! But I will.

    Jeni, glad you were able to get Tommy to the Dr, both ears, bummer!!

    D Got my bag packed to go back to work. Need to pick up some groceries today though to be able to brown bag healthy lunches.

  • Well I didn't do too bad with food today. I had Jambalaya for lunch and dinner. With lunch I had a fruit salad made of strawberries, grapes, and bananas. I did very bad last night and had Raising Cane's. I was expecting my weight this morning to go up quite a bit, but it actually was down 1.4 lbs.

    WEED for this week:
    W - 80 oz
    E - Mixture of C35K, Wii Fit, Elliptical, and Strength Training
    E - 1400-1600 calories
    D - Practice Portion Control (this has always been my main problem)

    Back to work today, actually looking forward to the return to routine.

    E Turbojam in just a minute, made it thru W6D3 yesterday, a 25 minute run!
    Going to also add some crunches and 10 pushups at the end.
    E OP, just whats in my lunchpail
    D Gave up Facebook to make more time to exercise, now need to use the time!
