Pancakes

  • 2 eggs, separated
    4 oz softened cream cheese

    Beat egg whites until fluffy and stiff, set aside

    Beat yolks and cream cheese together until creamy. Fold into the egg whites.

    Cook on a buttered griddle until done....... top w/ lc syrup..... enjoy!

    I'm not sure how many would be in a batch, it would depend on how big you make them........ therefore, I can't give a carb count..
