p.s I originally started these thread after someone stopped in July. My intentions was to give each other ideas and support through our diet but also provide advice if necessary. We ar ejust trying to help each other!
For me:
Breakfast: 1 slice of toast and 2 eggs
Lunch: Padthai of veggies without the noddles.
Dinner: chicken cilli with homemade croutons.
