    My goals...

    1. Stay under 1500 calories/day
    2. Cardio for at least 45 minutes every day


    I'm gonna keep it simple since I am really just starting, but I'm sure I can do it Well...hopefully haha!
  • I fell off..... things at work blew and I let it affect my eating and exercise. Here's to being back on track!

    Day 1 of 15
    1. Stay under 1500 calories/day
    2. Cardio for at least 45 minutes every day
    3. No soda
  • Angeline I'm back at day 1 as well... yesterday did not go as planned...not exercise and way over my calories

    1. Stay within my Calorie range
    2. At least an hour of Cardio
  • Day 3 and going strong!
