Meg, I have hair very like yours. Wash it, squeeze the water out of it, put some moouse in it and then don't touch it! I have been doing that for years. The only time my head sees a brush is if I am at the hairdresser. On the product side of things, I dont know if you can get it in the US but John Frida's Frizz ease serum is really good. Its all I use. once out of the shower, put a small amount in the palm of your hands, rub together and then smooth through your hair. You may want to play about with the amount you need, but my hair is a similar lenght to yours and I use about a blob 3/4 of an inch across. Hope that helps.

You ladies all look sooooo fabulous!!! So I totally need to join in on the fun!


The first pictures are from the 2007 (the year I graduated highschool) and 2008 at my highest ever weight of about 185ish. I was happy but clearly not healthy... I was still in that teenage phase when I couldn't commit to anything for longer than a few moments...

Who wants to help me out with my hair now? Ha ha!



I have curly hair but my bottom layers don't want to cooperate! This picture is from tonight; just over 12 hrs after styling my hair this morning. Granted, my bottom layers don't get as curly as my top after I finish styling... but they certainly arn't this flat! It just seems to all fall apart by the end of the night...

HELP!

Scrumptious, I like your hair! It may be because it has texture and I loooove texture. Probably because I have none. My roommate has this hairspray called freeze frame, which is amazing it comes in a yellow layer its by that got to be brand. I think your hair is super cute though. I also like your piercing. I haven't seen that before but it looks awesome.

I wanna play! I have some before/mid after pics...
This was halloween. I went as Ginger Spice. This is basically the tightest dress ever.

I wish I had a before stomachshot but I was too afraid in those days. I’m beginning to see some definition, which I like because I want abs soooo much. I’m hoping in 15lbs to see some lower definition.

This before gem was a candid taken right before college. Cringe worthy.

This used to be my favorite pic. Same pose as the After lol....I used to think I looked so good in this. I didn't.

Stella - HOT HOT HOT!!! I'd wear it to family parties or dressy casual dinners. I'd probably pair it with a cardigan and tights (like you did) in the winter and wear it to picnics or barbecues in the summer time. Definitely keep it, it looks awesome on you!!!!

I really hope this doesn't offend anyone, but I just wanted to share my progress as of today. I was feeling kind of crappy about myself and decided to take some progress pictures. Needless to say I felt disgusted when I saw the undergarment shot, but then felt much better when I compared it to a picture at a heavier weight. I had/have some weird fat pouch on my stomach. Hopefully that will disappear.
