Because as of this morning I am officially back in the 'overweight' category of my BMI again, and I fully intend to stay there this time.

Because I just weighed myself at 248 on my home scale (= 246.2 on ww scale) and I don't want to throw that away!

Because I started the P90X fitness program this week and I am not putting myself through these intense workouts just to eat back my calorie deficit. (I haven't been this sore from a workout in AGES!)
