I'm back and need some LC friends to keep me on track.

  • HI, Nice to see some familiar faces still posting here, and some new ones too. I Was on Atkins (and loving it) until I got Pregnant with my son. I went a little carb crazy and gained back too much weight. So here I am with 25 Lbs to go to get back to my pre preg weight. I am nursing so I won't be going on strict induction Atkins, but am aiming for about 50grms carb per day. And no junk!! I want to get most of my carbs from veggies and some fruit. I had lost 50 lbs before and would like to get to 145 eventually but I'm setting my current goal to lose the 25 I gained back, then I will adjust my goal to my ideal weight.
