    Here's a good list!

  • TOM is Time Of the Month, and HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, which consists of having regular intervals of an exercise at high intensity, such as sprinting or anything that gets your heart rate WAY up, and having other intervals at lower intensities. It's supposed to help with losing inches, and makes a shorter workout count like a longer one, if that makes sense. It burns more calories.

ETA (edited to add): well, my goodness, aren't I late to the party? lol!
  • LOL aphrodite!

    Thank you all!
  • It took me ages to work out what/who Tom was, I thought that he was a cake delivery guy who visited everyone but me.
