Hi Bry1638, I haven't been a normal weight for so long that I don't really know.
Many years ago I was 155, but didn't exercise so I was still a size 16. I was still really flabby.
Like others have said, we are all different. I am shooting for 174 right now because that is a normal BMI, and will be 100 pounds lost for me, and that is as much as I could contemplate when I was starting.
