Ladies, I almost had a slight heartattack this morning! I got on the scale without my contacts and I thought it read 269.8! I ate my cheat meal yesterday but really, a 8 lb gain?!
I think it caused that leg cramp at 3am on purpose so I would have to get up and eat yogurt to make the pain stop. Which of course gave me a higher WI than yesterday. But, I still managed to lose 4.4 this week in total so I'm good. Someone, hit your goal today and end this thing!
