I didn't think it would happen...

    I really never thought I'd get out of the plus sizes. I knew I'd lose wt but I just kept thinking that my body had changed so much that I couldn't possibly fit into anything that wasn't made for a plus size. You know, I could see getting down to a 12 or 10 but I'd still need a plus size cut. Does that make sense??? Well....

    Today I was looking at some 16plus jeans and saw the cutest pair but it wasn't marked with the W so it was a 16 regular womans' size. Well, not all 16W's fit me so I knew for sure that a reg 16 never would fit but I thought why not go over to the reg ladies section and see if they carry that paticular jean in an 18? It was exactly the cut and style I was looking for so off I went. Yes, they had one pair of 18 regulars. I tried it on and THEY FIT! I can't believe how well they fit. Well, they need hemming but most of my pants do cause I'm short. I just can't believe it. I was also able to buy XL size leggins that fit beautifully.

    I still need the plus size tops because I'm not losing that much in my chest (still wearing the same bra just ratcheting it down at the closure part). I'm wearing a 1x now instead of a 2x or sometimes a 3x. I still need the plus size cut for tops but this gives me so much hope! I can't wait to be fitted for a new bra!!!

    I know ain't it GREAT???? The main thing I miss about the plus sizes is the roomier arms on blouses. My arms are enormous (fat + muscle) so I have to try on zillions of blouses before I can find ones that accommodate my arms.

    Wow, that's great!!

    I know exactly what you mean. I have this big fat middle and I can't imagine not wearing plus size...

    I've been wondering about that alot... like even if I lose 100 pounds, will I just be a smaller version of the same old big fat me? I guess it doesn't make sense when I write it, but that's definitely how I think!

    So good for you! This is a red letter day for sure!!
