  • Sounds killer. Definitely will try this soon...like maybe today. I have about 50 butternut squash in the storage room from the garden. They last for months, and it is always nice to have another recipe to make with them. I usually just do roasted because it's just so darn good! Has the French fry taste but with way less calories than a white or sweet potato.
  • I made this last thursday, I added carrots, beets, and a few baby potatoes. I didn't make any gravy though. Excellent, thanks for the idea
  • I made this tonight but subbed sweet potatoes for the squash. OMG. To die for.
