I am new, so hello. I have read through many posts and there is lots of support out there and that is what I need. Here is my problem....
I had a baby in Dec/08 (almost a year ago) and I gained about 35lbs and I have lost only about 15lbs. I did Weight Watchers and worked out 3 days a week a year before I pregnant and lost about 23lbs. I have been doing Weight Watchers since Feb/09 and got the okay to work out in April and I having full tilt since and nothing and changed. Here is my schedule...
1 hr kickboxing once a week
30 min cardio 5 days a week
30 min strength training 4 days a week.
I hired a trainer to set out my training session and I feel stronger and I have lost some inches, but I am still at the same weight. I drink probably close to 2L of water a day and don't eat junk. Lots of veggies, fibre rich foods and lean protein.
I am just so frustrated b/c I am working my butt off and eating 3 meals a day with 2 snacks (I try to eat every 3 hrs) and nothing has changed. I have to go back to work in 2 months and none of my clothes fit yet. Any suggestions?
