  • My goal is to do my ninety minute gym work-out MWF this month for 1170 minutes and also try to work in a half hour walk with a dog on the other days. I'll keep track in my personal journal and post in here at month's end.

    November 5 --- Edited to Add:

    Did the gym thing as scheduled this month but didn't work in dog-walking. There were two or three days of heavy-duty garden work - say 15 hours of raking, lugging and lifting.

    I guestimate my minutes at 1185 minutes.

  • I hope I'm not gate crashing, but I'd love to join in too.

    I'm recovering from a foot injury so I'm not sure how this is going to work, but I'm hoping to treadmill 10 - 15 mins/day 4 days a week this month and hopefully I'll be feeling good enough for my regular walks by the end of the month.

    GOAL: 975 minutes
    REALITY: 443 minutes
    I fell way short of my goal, but there's always next month.
