    First things first- I missed you all! This is the first time I've had internet on in my home since June, and it was horrible being away. I've lost about 20 pounds this summer, taking me out of the obese category for the first time in my adult life!

    I'm so glad to be back! Here's my 110 pounds lost update picture:
