I love Leslie Walk Away the Pounds dvd's. What I would like to know would you say that they are Walking Exercise, Aerobics, Low or High. I need to get some idea so I know how to log them .

Hi i keep a log on thedailyplate of my calories and exercise and i do leslie sansone all the time and i always log it under walking 4mph if that helps you out at all .

I would say walking exercise and aerobics. Leslie says in several dvds we are doing walking aerobics. Hi/Lo depends on the DVD
Walking is low impact, but boosting it with a jog is higher impact. Some sections are low intensity, some high intensity. There will be combinations of each, depending on which DVD you do and what you put into it.
