My dairy intolerance has been kicking up like crazy lately and the doctor suggested I give up anything dairy based again. Traces don't bother me like anything found in bread, or the lactose found in non-dairy creamers. However things like ice cream, yogurt and most milk based products are messing with my body to horrible degrees.
Heres the thing I love having dessert every night, its usually light Ice cream or an Ice cream bar. I need to get away from those types of things being what I see as dessert.
I also have to avoid soy as much as possible. Trace amounts is fine, but soy based products is a no go as well.
What are some of your favorite sweet treats that aren't milk and soy based? I need a new though process on dessert.
