  • My birthday is the day after Valentines, so this is going to be the perfect challenge for myself.

    Goal Weight: Onederland that's about 2-3 pounds a week, totally doable if I get serious and really commit.

    Special Gift: I'm going to totally plan the perfect valentine's night with my hubby and knock his socks off. I want sexy lingerie, champagne, and a nice hotel room...it will be the first time I have felt confident and sexy on valentine's and i just want it all.

  • Heh, I probably shouldn't join another one too, but I love these ones that are way far out date wise... It can be exciting to watch the results with everyone! I'm just going to say 50lbs goal here also - I expect my weight loss will slow down as I approach goal, but why not shoot for 2/week.

  • I am in but I am going to set my goal as down 25 pounds. Calorie counting, exercise 5 days a week 1 hour-1 1/2 hour each. More water , more moving.

    Starting weight: weigh tomorrow morning..guessing 201 (due to TOM)
    V'day goal weight: 175 sz 14

    Gonna plan a special V'day for the hubby maybe a spa day for me to prepare for the date.

  • I would like to join in as well! I'm having trouble setting an attainable goal because I lose weight very slowly. But I think 1.5 lbs a week is very attainable. My goal is to lose 37.5 lbs by Valentine's Day.

    I will use my Sunday weigh in numbers (my official weigh in day).

    My goals:
    1) lose 2 pounds a week for a total of 50 pounds to reach 181.6. This will put me into territory I have not seen in over twenty years!
    2) exercise 30 minutes a day (6 days a week) minimum!

    My reward: my birthday is 4 days later and hubby and I usually celebrate my birthday more and don't do much for V-day. This year I think maybe we should plan a weekend get-away to celebrate them both together This reward may be modified as time passes!

    SW 266, I'd like to be about 210, which is a loss of 56lbs but I'm setting my goal at 2lbs a week for a loss of 50lbs.
    I think the first part of my VDay plan is definitly going to involve a new artical(s) of clothing. Sexy undies/bra maybe? Just a nice reward for me for making it to goal! The scond part of my plan will involve DH and probably the kiddos, since we don't have anyone to babysit...we'll work on it
