Sweet Treat??

  • Ok, so this is just my first week but I have really stuck to it. I have been eating right, drinking only water & working out- which I am about to go do now.
    I want to treat myself to something sweet this afternoon but without blowing my diet. Any suggestions?
  • sugar free pudding or jello with cool whip


    fruit and lf/ff cottage cheese or lf/ff yogurt
  • -Fruit with a bit of chocolate/cool whip
    -Low or non-fat pudding cup
    -Lowfat frozen treat (like Skinny Cow products or anything else not too high in calories)
    -Jell-o
  • Fruit? Fruit bar? Skinny cow ice cream?
  • low fat graham crackers made into a sandwich with cool whip in the middle, freeze for a bit, sorta like an alternative for ice cream sandwiches

    I agree. suger free jello is a great sweet treat w/o the guilt.
  • Swiss Miss Diet hot chocoloate (only 25 calories!!). I have it everyday after dinner now!! It completely cures my chocolate cravings.
    I got them at Vons, they have their safeway brand of diet hot chocolate too with same amount of calories and are less expensive than Swiss Miss.
  • i like to cook up a sliced apple in my wok and season it with cinnamon and have it either on its own or with some vanilla flavored yogurt. yum.
